I somehow missed the chocobo for the entire game and then only found out afterwards that half the ultimate weapons are locked behind it.

My only criticism is i feel Necron is a weak final boss. I get what they tried to do but Kuja finally achieving real power not because of evil machinations or any of his bullshit but because he finds out he is dying and THAT is how he transcends his limits by finding that humanity the genomes were never taught but clearly inherently had is such a stronger finale. Its solid versus liquid snake when you get down to it. Two artificially produced men who both overcome their troubles one by finding people who care for them and learning they are not alone and the other casting everyone aside and crashing out and the clash of those ideals.

>>724707080Visually, Necron is by far one of the spookiest final bosses in the franchise. Thematically he's just Death, summoned by Kuja.And Trance Kuja's fight is also one of the most beautiful in the entire series so he got a worthy sendoff.
