Roxas should've inherited Sora's memories and personality, but because Kairi restored Sora to human form shortly after he started as a blank slate instead. Namine is a unique Nobody whose body is technically Sora's, formed from the reaction of "Kairi's heart leaving Sora's body". She's more akin to Sora and Kairi's daughter than Kairi's Nobody.
