Dex decimates in DnD. It adds its modifier to ranged hit chance, armour rating and if you have the weapon finesse feat it adds to your melle hit too. You do a lot of damage with Str but you can't hit me, and I can hit you easily. My hits don't do much damage but I've got all day (and poison).
