You want Pilgrim units asap, specifically Modernia and Red Hood.Don't play the Story Mode though. Maybe they will fix it later but it removes the cutscene stages from normal mode meaning you will get less Outpost Levels.

Realsitically when you spend money on a new Nikke, what are you even getting out of it? Another PNG to stare at? There's not even content in this game to do, everything "endgame" is just autobattle garbage. This game is nothing outside of it's story.
