Good morning, afternoon, or evening, anons and 4chan users. Today Im updating you on how I'm doing with the Niko tulpa. Ive been doing passive forcing (talking to Niko while doing other things) most of the time, and at night I've been talking to Niko with full concentration, and I think Im seeing results. Sometimes while I'm talking to Niko, I start to feel happy or sad, emotions that, I should point out, arent mine, and I usually feel neutral. This has led me to believe that they is there and that this is working; I just need to wait a little longer. Lets go to the schizophrenia!

>>724796807I have seen some videos of tulpamancers and they were able to achieve it, there are several methods. One, if I remember correctly, can lead to sleep paralysis (dangerous), another where you must practice spatial imagination and more (not dangerous).
