Those games aren't out yet and the Switch 2 hardware is still extremely buggy to say the least. The system has features every console in 2025 should have like HDR and VRR but it can only use one or the other at a time. I'll explain: the LCD screen the Switch 2 is unable to produce a proper HDR image as it's bargain bin tier. It can, however do VRR. If you dock the Switch 2 you get HDR but for some god forsaken reason it can't do VRR anymore. When these two issues are ironed out I'll buy the system.

Took a leap of faith on this thing and so far I'm really enjoying it. I bought it because I got a slight discount with Mario Kart World included and I want to play the new Metroid so I figured why not. It gives me the opportunity to play all those Switch 1 games I neglected due to not being able to get them to run too well through emulation, and they all run better too. My only problem with this console is the absurd Nintendo pricing. Third party games are fine and the first day I got it there was a sale I hauled some good games from, but I'm sure some of these old Nintendo games were cheaper on older Nintendo systems.
