It's a great game but not as good as Silksong. My biggest issue was the inverse difficulty curve. The early bosses are really challenging, which was excellent, but the later on in the game I was, the easier the bosses were. The final boss only took me two tries. I literally had more deaths practicing on the enemy to the right of the first checkpoint. I think they just gave you too many abilities and didn't know how to balance them all. The DLC was a proper late-game challenge but only because it removed a lot of abilities, which is kind of a cop out, but it made it fun so I give it a pass. But even though the combat got easier, luckily the platforming got better later into the game, with the last area being fun as hell. So overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Definitely a top tier metroidvania if you aren't an autistic retard who posts on /pol/.
