What does character action even mean.

Is it just "blatant dmc or ninja gaiden clone" or something else?
Like, I've seen people call Nioh CaG. But you don't jump in nioh, dodging actually costs something and it has very specfic rules on cancelling. You can't just Stinger>Stinger>Stinger>Stinger>Stinger>Stinger>Stinger>Stinger>Stinger>Stinger>jump>wait 3 seconds>Stinger>taunt>Stinger>download a nude mode>Stinger>fap to dante>Stinger>
