Gooey and Daroach. Jet Star was my favorite in the original, it's like the Winged Star's cooler cousin. Transform and Paper Star look cool too. City Trial, of course. But races look much better this time around, though City Trial is where it's at. I played the original again in August, I was gonna clear the checklist again for AR and CT but other games came out.

I feel training for the original Air Ride courses is pointless because the quick spin exploit is most certainly not coming back. At best you just memorize the best alternate routes to take. isn't the switch 2 pro controller worse than the switch one? I heard its slightly smaller and becomes uncomfortable to use after some time. Also, did they say how the online demo is gonna work? Its the main 3 modes online but no lobbies and stuff right?

The stick is smoother and the back buttons are what you expect.Also, I just got a reminder : The Gyro is better on Switch 2 Pro controller. I saw japanese players highlight this on twitter. >>724923718Actually you know what, it could be the same as the PAX West demo build from August, so it'll only have characters and machines from the 1st direct, not the 2nd direct.I thought about it and maybe it is a good thing we don't get a taste of everything right off the bat. It builds anticipation and lets you have something to look forward to in the final release. Plus, all the metafagging whores can't datamine the Switch 2, and only having half the roster of riders and machines won't paint a full picture just yet, so it gives me hope for the early days of online.

Is there a reason Nintendo is pushing racing games so hard on the Switch 2? Is the market for racing games really that huge/popular? I never cared for them myself. I understand capturing the nostalgic dollar for Air Rider fans who played it on Gamecube, hell even I myself have fond memories of playing hours of city trials with a friend or even with NPC's. You had that fusion game? Then Mario Kart: World was the BIG title game for the console's release, then Sonic Crossworlds, and now Kirby Air Rider. At least we'll be getting more RPG's and action/adventure stuff later on it seems. You have Metroid Prime 4 coming on December 4th. I just find it odd they're releasing so many big racing games back to back. Do you people really play racing games that much? I heard a lot of people dropped Mario Kart: World after like a few days and honestly didn't even like it. I've also heard Sonic Crossworlds is about 10x more enjoyable to play.

I never took it seriously, but it was always fun dicking around, trying to get legendary machine parts, and seeing the city events.
