is there any way to skip the Perrin quests before Caemlyn? you just sneak for like an hour with nothing else to do, and then wait to get caught.
>bro I swear the game gets good 80 hours in, the first chapter is the worst>actually chapters 8-10 are unbearable boredomslop, but promise me it gets good after that>the game starts talking about shit that has absolutely no bearing on the plot and the characters are just fucking around jacking off in place? That's just worldbuilding bro>THE WRITER LE DIED! STOP INSULTING A DEAD MAN'S LEGACY BY NOTICING THAT IT'S BAD!!!
>>725196104>take shire parts of lotr>make then longer and more boringWhy the fuck did I read the whole series.TV show/movie adaptation never ever
>>725196104Best part of the series is Perrin learning to be a wolf guy
>>725197687no but seriously it gets good at Four Kings. But for some reason it skips forward a week, then back to four kings again. like, just reorder the pages, man, we have the technology.
>>725197916>it gets good at Four KingsTrue. That chapter of Rand and Mat playing in that inn is my favorite in the whole series.
>>725196104I actually really like Eye of the World. Shadow Rising was a much bigger slog to read.
>>725198012its got aura, bruh
I bet this series would be infinitely more enjoyable if Rand didn't exist. I finally dropped it after like 8 books because I simply did not give a single fuck about the Gary Stu sand person. The guy who can turn into a wolf and defends his home town? Fine. The guy who was cursed with luck powers? Awesome. The court bard guy? Pretty cool. I could also do without the women, but whatever.
After sunken cost fallacy-ing my way through all of Worm, I've decide to drop series if they get too boring, no matter how far I've gotten. WOT is one of them, after reading maybe half the books.
>>725198297The only one I ever had a problem with was Winter's Heart, and I didn't mind it on reread.
>>725196104Reading this series should be required to weed out low attention span autists.
>>725203579i did struggle reading more than a couple pages at certain parts, but the good parts had me reading for hours
