Is there any CRPG with an anime artstyle?
I know the genre is mainly dominated by western devs and yes I do know stuff like Final Fantasy Tactics and I've played them all as SRPGs are my favorite next to grid based dungeon crawlers.

Now the thing is though I am looking for specifically a CRPG speaking imagine Infinity engine BUT it has an anime artstyle. Anyone have anything?

meh, just go play genshin impact, zzz or wuthering waves.

Not a single one to my knowledge. You can mod anime portraits into them though. The portrait art by the Dungeon Meshi author for BG1 and BG2 is very popular.

I know they're out there, but only TRPGs are coming to mind such as the Tenchi Muyo SNES game and Langrisser games.

Depends on how you break down your terms, but western CRPGs like Baldur's Gate 2 are based off the more freeform AD&D framework, and that fed into the more narritive heavy RPG game style.

Japan went after the more restrictive Wizardry path, and that resulted in the managed experience that is JRPGs.
