Did you know on PC you could edit a simple .ini file to change the drop rates of care packages? It would only apply if you were host, but it was simple to use a program to fuck with your packets in a lobby to guarantee you would host every time.Anyways, I just edited so care packages had a 100% chance to drop a triple care package. Just wanted to post that I would also pay for an updated version of this games multiplayer in case any game dev is browsing this thread bored out of their mind. When MWII remake came out I a couple of years ago I remember getting gold riot shield in like two days and people were actually shocked. People on my team were like "Does this dude have a gold riot shield already?" because it was all I used since I liked trolling people with it and pissing them off. You'd be amazed at how easy you can piss people off by using a riot shield. It's even more hilarious when you manage to kill them and they weren't able to counter you at all. Semtex is easy enough, but you can just run towards them and be a human bomb. In close quarters or inside small areas it's a guaranteed kill. The issue is even if you're crotched down your turn speed is so slow that a lot of times enemies could just outmaneuver you and knife you in the back. It was still fun to mess with people because at the end of the match they'd just be like "AYO FUCK THAT DUDE WHO USED THE RIOT SHIELD ALL MATCH! FAGGOT!" You can always tell you got under their skin even if you just trolled all game.

WAW is probably my fav multiplayer. I hated it as a kid, scary zombies, dark themed campaign and wasn't interested in online multiplayer, just local 4 player at the time. Best campaigNWAns are MWs

MW2 had it's annoying shit but that's also what made the game so fun and full of character and energy (stuff like spas, danger close, riot shield, OMA, noobtube, overpowered killstreaks, etc.) BO1 just nerfed or removed all of it so everything feels tepid as a result. Guns don't really feel satisfying— they all feel like airsoft guns. There's also stuff that's straight up useless like tactical mask (because who tf uses nova?), equipment like camera and jammer, decoy grenade, perks like scout, lots of guns too. In MW2 the only useless shit was like last stand and scrambler. most of the guns were viable. They saw how hectic and fast the game was without seeing how much people actually enjoyed it. Like pic rel is just so blatantly and obviously anti-fun it's laughable.

Javelin was my favorite weapon in MW2.I spent a lot of time time in offline mode trying to find the aiming points so I could strike places where people were camping. It was like a miniature Predator Missile.
