5080, bought a month ago.
Like it so far, generates nice images and stays cold.
I've expected it to act like a heater for my legs, like my previous 2060, but no.
Same or even better with games, 70 C maximum.

I bought the RTX3090 when it was top tier because I needed the VRAM for my work.
I still use it for work today without any problems.
Now, as for gaming, it has always been a disappointment. I have never played anything with truly high-quality ray tracing, at playable frame rates, and with an image that wasn't too degraded to be taken seriously.
It's insane that NVidia made ray tracing its gimmick when the first two generations of “RTX” GPUs are incapable of doing anything acceptable unless you have no standards.
