I’m so conflicted because there’s a lot about the game that looks super cool to me, but the idea of “Navi” NPCs takes so much wind out of my sails.I don’t even hate the idea of Samus hanging out with other characters - the idea of showing off how she influences the world around her is cool (and was done pretty damn well in Dread). What I do have a problem with is escorting said NPCs around and them talking to you all the time.Like I think MacKenzie could be endearing if he just stayed shacked up in his little spaceship and served as a quest hub for the forest zone. Right now all I can hope for is them not being too intrusive.
