The more you play the more you'll realize that something that doesn't seem possible to climb is very doable. A good way to learn is to join a small lobby with a good player. As long as they aren't a jackass they should stick around and try to help, and you can see just what they pull off and get a better grasp on how to play.

The end was anything but ideal, with 3 forced disconnects due to a glitched end screen - once again due to location. Config wise, a lot of tweaks can be made and hopefully it'll be slightly more stable that way. If anybody has any suggestions, they're more than welcomed. >>726039672yes. the kiln is difficult like this on purpose, sure there will be a seed once in a while where you don't need any climbing items but this is rare. it is literally the last level of the game so this is where you need to use them the most.as you get better at the game you can get through the kiln faster using less tools. the chain launcher item is SSS+++ tier in the kiln when starting out, its almost cheating, but eventually you become good enough where you can easily make it without them, by being better at route planning and optimizing tool usage.also, bringing a full box of cooked scout cookies or maybe a cure all if you have it into the volcano solo, will guarantee you have no problems with hunger.

Damn. I made it through Roots and Alpine and thought I was home free. Caldera is a cakewalk and made it most of the way up Kiln but ran out items. It was impossible to climb any further without an item.
