I remember getting back into wow in legion, groups would sperg out and kick you if you even hinted that you hadn't done the dungeon before and hadn't gone online to memorize the routes beforehand. Meanwhile DPS can just show up and mindlessly do their rotations only needed to know like 1 boss mechanic because nobody actually cares if DPS are even at the keyboard to begin with. Healer's a crapshoot, if the content is trivial you often don't even need one, but for hard content a good healer is crucial.
