I honestly have no idea what the whole fixation on sex in media is about. I don't like romances in games because its often gay as fuck and shallow. Sex scenes are always fade to black crap or so unappealing I cannot fathom popping a boner. Typically just a waste of time. It's treated like its so groundbreaking or whatever or that its artful. When it's reeks of insincerity or cheap. Like something like the boys or invincible shove that sex shit in your face like it's making some kind of point when it feels juvenile. I could imagine only children or women actually like that shit.
