>How can you tell when a game's discussion is actually disingenuousIt's actually violently obvious these days because marketers are incapable of earnestly discussing the shit they're shilling with any sort of fondness because they don't actually care about the product, and generally have active contempt for people that actually like games.Some fairly good examples is that every thread about Expedition 33 is aggressively filled with affirmations that the game is popular and will be featured at an industry award show, rather than discussing it, or the periodic threads about Crash 8 that almost invariably devolve into the person making them screaming at people explaining why it wasn't good that they're "bad at games" or "sexist", like a gamer would care about any of that crap.
