Then you regen her with a prompt for artstyle, outfit, prompts like "retro comic book artstyle, highly detailed face and eyes, detailed shading, blue string two piece". Then, once I get an image I like that looks right, the image will go into a video generator, and I will make her do something, different poses, etc. It can be more accurate than trying to get it to redraw the character in that pose using the image generator. Save a specific frame that is the new pose then repeat the process. Retro comic book artstyle, clean lines, white background, etc etc to get the new clean image. The process can be repeated infinitely and new details can also be generated. You can zoom in to redraw the eyes, feet, whatever, save that as an object and throw it back over the image. Depending on how much time I want to spend on one image, just fucking around easily burns half an hour. I also have to manually change any details that are off and remove the watermarks on each image that are generated and that can be some tedious manual mouse work.
