I've never played a grand strategy game, and have been eyeballin pic relatedCan someone sell me on it, is it worth getting into?I browsed a 100 or so steam reviews, no one has a single bad thing to say about it, aside from the predatory DLC, and performance; but I mean the gameplay itself, some complaints less complex than ck2 howeverSo whats the scoop?

>>725978862You play as a ruler in the medieval age, interacting with other rulers and courtesans generally to make your land bigger and paint the map your color. It's fun if you can get past the hurdle of learning the menus and where everything is on your UI.

>>725982360The vampire one and GOT ones are probably the two big boys that also get special treatment as far as early access to updates for speedy mod updates.I personally love the elder scrolls one, but it's tge opposite. Basically a meme by now that it finally updates to the new version 2 weeks before the next dlc drops.

It’s an awful GSG though and the base game is pretty repetitive and lacking in mechanical depth. Don’t go in expecting a very accurate or complex medieval simulator/strategy game
