I always keep "pirated" backups/versions of my favorite games. Steam is a service, and a convenient one. Allowing me to automate a lot of things while supporting the developers. If I didn't use Steam, I'd just pirate. Yet again, you have not provided a valid reason to stop using. I don't have to deal with installers, patches, etc. Even when I format my PC, I point my Steam installer to my previous installation and everything's back to normal.Refute me, OP.
