God this site should gone down permanently
>>
>>725993087
You can make it yourself
But also you could probably just flip the controller upside-down and invert the controls in the settings or Steam Input or whatever

He's asking why there's no arcade stick with normal controller buttons. The answer is because it's a fucking retarded idea
If you want some retarded pad this makes more sense
>>
>>725993087
>>725993360
oh yeah wait why would you even want that
the whole thing is that the buttons are easier to press and mash and more comfortable over an extended period of time than standard membrane controller buttons

>driving automatic
you didn't beat the snack run
>>
>>725992965
It's pretty fun. I bought a Qanba Dragon and I use it to play almost any game that can function exclusively with digital inputs. Beat-em-ups are especially good.
>>
>>725993658
Been thinking of getting one of these. I don't play racing games at all but I feel like I would if I could make it more "immersive" like this. It's expensive as fuck if you want a good wheel though.

this fucker straps to your keyboard for a shitty contruction game. nothing even compares to this level of immersion.
>>
>>725992965
Can confirm. I bought adaptors for my stick to play shmups on snes/ps1. Fucking hate using a dpad for those games
>>
>>725995075
The wheel isnt the big cost
It is a proper rig around that makes it far better and far more expensive

My friend gave me an old fight stick, but when I connect it to my laptop with the USB dongle it apparently doesn't have a "hold" function. So when I try to hold buttons down in games it doesn't work. What do?

consider the following

Leverless is probably the ubiquitous way to play.

All the precision of an arcade stick without the side dependency of both sticks and d-pads.

A custom one does exist and I think it's for sale on etsy. I'd post a pic but I didn't save it. It looks shit tho so I wouldn't entertain the thought.

Jk I use cheatbox
>>
No.
Whole body VR
AR outside or in specialised settings
Motorbike shells
Movable cockpits
Guns
Skis
Wheels

etc

Fun stuff. Those sticks are an insult. And fighting games are not videogames.

Games should be mostly if not entirely arcades. Maybe mass produced means to move body around and act on movement. So all sorts of different stuff can be simulated.

Fun for multiplayer too. Fight there in that instead of injure eachother. Make friends from upgrading eachother, world can be better, more dangerous you able to handle more. Could go looking for great stuff some of the in between, the impediments, some of the great stuff too. And arriving at great stuff earned.
