Fallout 4 is probably Bethesda's ultimate "framework game." If you don't install mods, no amount of DLC or their shitty paid "creator content" will fix it. But if you install the right overhauls that basically distract you as much as possible from playing the shit story, it can be an entertaining time waster. Collecting trash and building bases is an oddly zen experience I don't get in a lot of other games.
