Meme or good addition to your gaming set up?
i find value in a good standing desk, if you spend a lot of time at your desk it's really nice to simply be able to stand up and continue using it. like 8+ hours a day and it's worth it simply for the comfort aspect + you can fine tune your desk height if you grow or get a new chair
Standing desks are fine if you need the support but they are horrible if you have any health issues or have to work longer than 2 hours without break.>t. Has POTS and is bedridden

I never got the appeal of standing desks, sitting isn't uncomfortable at all on a proper ergonomic chair and if I ever felt like using the standing feature on mine I just go walk around instead and get water. Feels like it just gives the illusion of health when it would be far better to just get some fresh air and rehydrate whenever you notice your legs getting a bit stiff.

I started drinking coffee so I would get up once In a while at work. I also head out when the smokers go for one at times. It's that easy.
