Unironically are there any games that allow you to engage in terrorism unambiguously?There are plenty of games that let you gone rampages but with the possible exception of Hatred I cant name any game that allows you to explicitly behave as a terrorist.

Any game that lets you play as muttmerican. They're all terrorists.
"Terrorist" is a label of a violent fighter of the regime from the perspective of the regime. Hence, when you're playing the terrorist, you can't be labeled that. Same thing in real life, no "terrorist" labels themselfes as such. And yeah, there's a ton of games that allow you to do that.

Honestly only seen this in old Newgrounds Flash games and the like. I guess C&C Generals counts even if it's very exaggerated and cartoonish. There are also HOI4 mods that allow you to play as ISIS, Atomwaffen and other groups that can be considered/behave as terrorists.
