I'm curious what they put you on. The put me on ritalin and it helped to an extent with productivity and focus but it also gave me a big ego and made me delusional so I made a lot of stupid decisions which culminated in me cracking out and abusing it in much larger doses than I was prescribed. So a non-amphetamine drug would be welcome.

Both work similarly by increasing synaptic dopamine, albeit Ritalin does this to a lesser extent than amphetamines. Both are considered stimulant drugs.
