I just unwishlist them at that point. 3 years without promising looking updates is my limit. If you want me to know about your game again, then you have to promote it again or get lucky. I have to keep my wishlist somewhat manageable.

Only exception is Core Decay. I'll probably have that wishlisted forever.

If the date is just "Coming soon" from the start, I don't even bother to wishlist it.
If it changes from a specific date to "Coming soon" or "TBA" I remove it from my wishlist.
If it changes from 2025 to 2026 or similar, I allow them to do that once, but if that 2026 then becomes 2027 I remove it from my wishlist.

Unless you're really into metroidvanias and are planning to play everything in the genre I'd just skip playing it and listen to the OST instead. It's a fairly average game.
