Here's my pitch for a new Made in Abyss game:

Literally take the game Peak, but you climb down, there's a pee meter, and you can sniff Nanachi's fluffy butt.

Would this game sell yes or no?
>>
If you remove the climbing and the pee meter that sounds pretty good

my pitch: you take care of nanachi and dress her up in cute clothes and feed her delicious food and brush her hair and fur and hug her and headpat her and rub your thumbs against the insides of her ears and tell her you love her and display your affection for her and whisper into her ears that its going to be all right

I'd buy it. Only change I'd make is to add monsters given that Peak doesn't have any that I'm aware of

It should have a climbing, pee, and poo meter for maximum accuracy

I'm in. Nothing else even matters if I can do that.

I want better combat and for the whole game not to be structured like a dungeon crawler with repeated dives, but more like a souls like or 3D metroidvania.
Also, the checkpoint system was way too generous, it should have been balloon saves only.
