These are the only two RPGs ever created with "organic" quests.
If you have ever played them you know what I mean. Objectives are found and completed organically rather in a pre-determined way or order. You are given no direct guidance and complete the game simply by exploring and figuring things out with no specific way to get to the end.

Why have literally no other games ever done this before?
