If Act 1 is an 8/10, and 2 is a 9, 3 is a 6.
It's not bad, but it just lacks something found in the other 2 acts, like there's nothing on par with The Stand or Light Up the Night, or even The House of Light or The Hounds.

Honestly disappointing as all hell.

Wait, did it actually come out?

And also, what were you expecting, nothing that goes through over a decade of delays actually lives up to that hype.

I like No Way Back

3/4's of it is out, and I'm not holding out hope for the last songs being significantly better.

What do you think bumped it up a point? Even then, it doesn't hold a candle to the ones I just listed. 8-9/10 vocals, 5-6/10 instrumentation.

Act 1 > Act 2, personally. It's just a more cohesive album from start to finish. Hope Rides Alone is pure, unbridled kino. Haven't listened to enough of Act 3 to judge it, but your scoring sounds about right.

Ten years can completely change the person, 20 years are sure to do it. Not to mention they don't even have the same crew anymore. Not gonna listen to some shit that people barely related to the original thing made up for a quick buck.
