Honestly Ubisoft is too much is a good deal to pass up. They cost about 800 million right now and in order to buy them up they only cost 1 billion which is way cheaper than every other publisher. Not to mention how they've been extremely profitable compared to the other publishers, they make way more than Take two. Whoever bought them has free reign to fix Ubisoft's biggest problem: their insane headcount and just start slashing and wiping out most of their studios and just focus on making games, Ubisoft will easily make their money back in a few years.
