It's a medieval game with no concept of transsexuality or advanced surgery, and you could literally just make your preferred sex as your character by default, and even then they could've just made some potion or magic spell/curse background that gender bent you since its a world steeped in magic, but for some reason they went for cutting the tits off option, as lore breaking as it was. I know the reason for it, but the lack of sense of it sometimes just makes me dwell on it sometimes, it's just so absurd.
