Personally I think the game borrowed too heavily from its inspirations and therefore lagged any originality. The story was basically silent hill 2, gameplay was RE1/2 but a lot more lackluster and with a pinch of dead space in its art style and world building. I did like the implication of old world radiation being the supernatural element of the story and the fake out ending but making the game anime style and all female cast was 100% just marketing tactic to cater to zoomer animebrains.
