Anyone remember a side-scrolling SHMUP that is extremely difficult, has top tier pixel art, and starts you off in a cyber-city? By extremely difficult, I do mean it's known for being more difficult than most. I fucking forgot the name of it and want to find it. Do give out a few titles that give off a familiar vibe if anyone remembers anything.I can't exactly remember if it's arcade only or if it was on some of the ancient consoles or even computers.

I'll just play through as many of them as I can eventually.Especially the ones with great art, I at least want to pay respect to pixel artists by seeing what they cooked up for games even if they are not the greatest mechanically.
