Going by /v/, Square Enix has garden variety trolls with no self-control (Barry, the FFXIV thread trolls, sometimes the Famitsu thread nutcase) so they're malignant tumors for years because the mods can't be fucked and the janitors like to clear report queues when they come knocking, but Bandai-Namco has way more interesting lunatics with that one guy trying to sue them because he believed like 40% of a fully developed game was "hidden in the files" and the customer was paying for 40% of a game they couldn't access across Fromsoft's IPs
