Seeing that "several" of the bundle titles were in violation of Nintendo's guidelines, it probably isn't getting a Western Switch release. Judging by other recent titles it probably gets onto the Japanese Nintendo shop without issue with English text just like this bundle, and XSeed is big enough the Steam and Playstation releases probably go through without trouble.

I imported jap version since it has subtitles. This only affects people that didnt REALLY want to play it anyway. Solution was available before it even became a problem

It wasn't exactly because of nudity. Nintendo of America and Europe allowed Cyberpunk 2077 with uncensored nudity. NOA and NOE's new censorship policies are against anime-styled games. Nintendo has been enforcing a head size of consent restriction against fictional sexual content since around 2022/2023 that superseded age-ratings boards like PEGI, CERO, and the ESRB.

Every major video game platform (Sony's, Microsoft's, Valve's, Nintendo's, Google's, Apple's) has anti-fiction policies that supersede independent age-rating boards. Nintendo of America and Europe's has been the most strict. Neptunia had its bikini dlc banned by NOA and NOE. For the all-ages version of Kanon, it had kissing scenes and other inoffensive cgs censored for the western Switch releases by NOA and NOE. For Kamikaze Lassplanes, an adult chatacter's head was redrawn and even then a towel for the same bathing fictional character had to be added. This is on top of numerous games banned by Nintendo of America and Europe for fictional content that was allowed by age-ratings boards.

Olivia is visibly an adult anime character (the Teraleaks even confirm her age as 34) and her design isn't pornographic. Therefore, the varying European anti-fiction laws criminalizing pornographic lolicon fiction that NOE employees were concerned weren't ever breached. However, NOE stated their real concern that

Certain elements within Nintendo have clearly been itching to do this for a while. I definitely think this is the result of those elements gaining more power within the company recently. The exact same logic employed to neuter first-party games back then is now being deployed on a platform-level scale. And it's not just NoE; Xenoblade X and Fire Emblem Fates were entirely NoA's doing. They wouldn't even let Lin have a simple bikini. Now they do the same to Neptunia, and hide behind "legal risk" to justify their behavior knowing the two-bit Japanese publisher will not attempt to take them to task on what they declare is effectively child porn even though by their own standards they're hosting and selling far "worse" material on their store still, some even developed and published by themselves. The same company that published Xenoblade 2 and sells you risque skins of Nowi and Sothis through the Fire Emblem Heroes app now sits on its high horse and calls your game child porn. But people never really mention Nintendo of Europe. Certainly, Nintendo of America works closely with Nintendo of Europe, and they both have their own anti-fiction activists. Image attached demonstrates how both NOA and NOE, since around 2016, censor 1st-party fiction from Nintendo of Japan in advance and for all regions.
However, they do differ sometimes, such as with the Teraleak image I analyzed in which it was NOE specifically that objected to Olivia's design. Another example was when 2024's Bunny Garden released in Japan and the US, but not Europe. Although, its spin-off Merry Bunny Garden was released only in Nintendo of Japan's region likely because Nintendo of America and Europe have been working together when making their anti-fiction restrictions.
An early example of NOA and NOE differing with fiction censorship was for 2012's Fire Emblem Awakening. NOE additionally censored suggestive dialouge from the loli character Nowi compared to NOA. NOA additionally censored Tharja's bikini cg with a curtain compared to NOE. There were also two more differences between Nintendo of Europe and America's Fire Emblem Awakening, but they shared the rest the censorship.
