I feel like polish modders fucked with their ai script which ruins voiceovers dialogue? I dont think spine can help. During quests when npcs going with you somewhere or just interact with you somehow break and make walking noise then dialogue gets fucked and speech doesnt even end unless you click next but it gets worst

Instead of Othello I went with Gothic Definitive Edition 2.0 since it's similar to G1, Othello I thought changed the game a bit too much plus I heard that it's still being made, new changes added etc.
