I genuinely have no idea what goes through the mind of people who buy call of duty games full price
They throw away money again and again and again only to go "wait, this fucking sucks, I'm never buying COD again" only to repeat this with the next edition and buy all the DLC's in the meantime
Genuine mental illness

It's genuine Stockholm Syndrome at this point. They get burned every year but still come crawling back for the same reheated trash covered in a new coat of futuristic paint or "boots on the ground" nostalgia bait. Meanwhile, Activision laughs and swims in Scrooge McDuck vaults full of microtransaction money. It’s not even about hating COD anymore-it’s about witnessing a ritual sacrifice of hope and common sense annually.

I'm having fun in this game and so are my friends. I'm sorry, I can't help it, the game is just fun. I had fun in the previous 2 games as well. The hallucination sections in the campaign were bad though, I will admit that.
