I think people being afraid to spoil any details about a game ever and always saying "Just trust me and go in blind without knowing anything" has kind of backfired a bit and caused people to miss out on games they would otherwise like because they don't have enough info. Cause I heard people saying Stray was good, heard it was a game where you play as a cat, thought that sounded interesting but not enough to compel me to play it. Now I'm finding out three years later that it's also a cyberpunk game with robots and parasites and a setting based on Kowloon Walled City, which makes it sound much more interesting to me. And nobody told me about any of that.People gotta be less scared to actually talk about games and explain why they're good. If talking about the game at all somehow ruins the game, well it's probably not a very good game.
