>kill off heroine 30 hours into the game and yet still before I get to know her outside of a couple childhood flashbacks>suddenly railroaded into a linear train sequence >friend is blinded in combat off screen and I need to buy a DLC to see how>other friend is mad at me because I'm moping around and not heading to my next destination to save the world >(I am in fact on a train heading to my next destination to save the world)>if I open the world map I can see how the train is moving past some of the setting's major cities in real time (they will never be visited after spending several dozen hours around the same one area)What were they thinking
Idk but this was easily the most disappointing final fantasy for me. Like it could have been cool though but wow... wtf.Like look at this guide on how to get the "full story" ain't no one doing all that lmao:https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2094194252
This is easily the biggest mess Square has ever done. 13 was shitty, 8 was full to the brim with weird experimental mechanics, but 15 is the one i would call a complete trainwreck.
>>726112050Only the two first areas seem to be actually finished. They packed the beta version in a disk and sent it to the store.
whenever im frustrated about the vidya games i reach for a steaming hot cup noodle brand ramen cup.

>>726112050when the demo for this game dropped i was told it was the prettiest most beautiful game and i could download it on PS4 right now.wow, it looked about the same as 13 but with more particle effects and IT WAS RUNNING AT LIKE 15FPS. i was fucking astounded. uninstalled after maybe 25 mins of hoping it'd compile shaders or something and figure itself out
>>726112050its your punishment for sticking with this turd for 30 hours15 made me give up on the entire franchise for good
i cri everytim>Asign Yoko Shimomura to produce the score>It's the best in the franchise and her best work to date>The best cutscene doesn't even have music, just the voice actors and ambient noiseXV had some real potential, it's a shame the production was such a clusterfuck. Still, a lot of great memories, and despite the faggotry of major story beats being DLC, said beats are some of the best in franchise history, particularly Prompto and Ignis.Unironically if there was ever a game that needed a proper remake, it's XV. Not sure why games that are otherwise near-perfect get remade into abominations that barely resemble their original counterpart.Square is truly the dumbest company in the industry.
>>726112050The heroine was supposed to have a lot more backstory but it got cut for some retarded reason and her DLC was canceled, so she's basically ruined forever.
>>726114667similar experience, some youtuber that i was watching at the time played it despite most of the people i watch only playing PC games. said it was so fucking pretty but youtube compression wasn't selling it for me. i figured why not use my roomie's ps4 to try the demo.wow. fuck consoles, man.
versus xiii ... Home...
I honestly don't know what they spent so much development time on. Certainly wasn't the 'Hold X to win' combat, or the narrative. Nothing in the game makes sense.
>>726112050It is funny how LazyProcrastinator gave more protagonism to Luna than her own game.
i started it, found an arcade machine in a diner, played for about an hour and got the high score for my reward, went to quit out of the arcade game, ff15 crash to desktop. uninstalled right there
>>726112050why does the fence have no shadow?
What's with japs and killing off main waifus? It has to be related to their ntr obsessions.
>>726117962more adult luna? thank god. I'm no cunnyseur and he seemed pretty locked in on that type of content.
