For people who know more about video game development than me: is it too late to remove him?I honestly think he could single-handedly kill the Metroid franchise if he is left in. Like, Metroid Prime 5 will never be made. Is it too late?

If they've done any work since it would be on a day 1 patch to fix little bugs here and there, nothing major.People will just have to figure out how to mod the npcs out later. Basically, this means altering triggers and scripted events etc. so they just won't show up and anything requiring them (puzzles or locked doors that use them) can be rigged to function differently or just already be in a complete/open state.
Nintendo will never admit fault to anything. Plus the tendies will buy it anyway, most of the complaints are from people that don't own a switch

>>726123217>>726123325There would be some jank, sure, but it's achievable. Think gameshark codes that dummy out certain interactions to let you skip content or walk through an NPC blocking a hallway to a new area. There would just be a lot of work involved.
