To be honest, I still haven’t beaten HL2. It’s too scary for me. I don’t know, there’s something uncanny about it that I can’t put into words. In ’09 or ’10 I somehow beat Episode 2, but it was an adrenaline rush from start to finish. Many years later I fell in love with HL1, but to this day I just can’t get back to the original HL2. And it’s not just Ravenholm, it’s the whole game. Even recently I launched it to try again, but I started feeling uncomfortable after 30 minutes. I finished Ravenholm a few years ago and now stopped right after the bridge section. And yeah, I’m bad at horror games and don’t like them.
