When using Mint (I have a 4070) and having two applications in windowed mode, say, a game and a browser window playing a youtube video, some sort of conflict or competition will happen for GPU resources which'll cause both applications to lag horribly. The only solution I found was to disable hardware acceleration on my browser and discord. Feels like I've gimped my browser but what are you gonna do? Thanks for reading my blog.
