Calling it now, Demyx=Sora=MoM. He's an adult Sora who never made back home, but he never lost his sense of optimism and fun which explains the personalities of MoM and Demyx. He doesn't have any hatred or malice. His motive is that he wants to go back home. He got into music because the first thing he'll do after returning to Kairi is to sing her a song. It's kinda Nomura-esque for the messy KH story to be driven by one guy having the most simple and understandable goals ever.
