If you have to explain your joke, it's bad. The episode obviously wanted to parody It's a Wonderful Life, but it half-assed it. It would have been better if maybe Glep saw a reality in which if he didn't exist, things would have been far worse without him than it would have been otherwise. But instead he just walks back into the office because... he just ends up back there for some reason? And then sees that everything is a mess, and him and Mr. Boss apologize to each other and then everything is hunky-dory. The episode just kinda meanders without much of a point, doesn't really have anything meaningful to say, and then it's back to the status quo.
