I hated Zelda 2 so much that I ended up leaning heavily on save states. By the end of the game I was getting so tilted that I'd save state between attacks just to stop having to deal with the iron knuckles. I'm sure I could beat it naturally with enough time, but the experience was so miserable that it just wasn't worth the commitment for me. To this day it's the only Zelda game out of the 17 I've beaten that I cheated at, and I don't regret it.
