I think it has something to do with the New writers / people who do the lore for some reason had a problem with such as search for immortality as something being evil for some reason never mind what's the point of most religions with him wanting to live forever somehow being among the worst actions anyone in the world can do never mind The extremes the good guys would do to survive for tomorrow.

I mean if you're going to claim Bretonnia is good by necessity you have to throw Tomb Kings in the Evil category because after they do fight all the time, at least when there is a war against Araby.

It's insane to me Vampire Counts aren't part of this Core Roster while Tomb Kings are in. Or that a big focus on the Old World is Nehekara at all.

It isn't that deep. In TOW they're called evil because they're actively waging war against the "good" factions, kidnapping, cursing, and sacrificing their people for necromantic rituals, and chaos isn't strong enough at the time for TK opposing them to be enough to make them neutral. TOW is not WHFB and people should stop judging a faction in one by the standards they are held to in another
