I hate the game for many reasons, but the biggest is the game's attempts to make me care about the NPCs and the Lamorn. Both deserve horrible, violent deaths and to be forgotten from history. They single handedly made Metroid into a damn snoy movie.

The shooting and movement are too dated. Originally this was built around the GameCube controlller, but after years of Apex Legends and Fortnite and Call of Duty and Titanfall, I think they should have opted to make the beams and missiles more punch, as well as making movement and aiming more kinetic.
