Yeah I agree with that. We were just in a really long era of people who kept repeating [down syndrome voice] "i wike to expwore" and I guess they felt like they weren't allowed to admit to enjoying something linear. Order of Ecclesia is a tight and challenging experience with a great art style and soundtrack.

Ecclesia is the worst one of them.They just kept getting worse after Aria with every one, so much so that OoE killed the franchise.

Alright I'm playing through dawn of sorrow again and I have to agree with the crafting system complaints. The soul drop rate is already so low, giving those up just to get weapons is painful. I've already hard to grind like 4 different souls and now I have to grind manticore again because that was actually a really useful soul that I want to use in combat.
