The stealth sections are bad, and some people would probably complain it's woke or something, but it's a good Spiderman game and one of the best superhero games out on the market with tight controls and smooth gameplay. It also has a grand scale with city-wide hazards that feel big.Some of the Batman games are also a few of the best superhero games out there on the market and I'd feel bad for not giving them an honorable mention.

Even with the expanded trick system you'll end up defaulting to flying through rings like its a remaster of Superman 64. The story is a mess. The Miles plot is a fucking joke, he's worried about writing a college entrance essay meanwhile there is a whole ass alien invasion that has devastated Manhattan. That's what his personality is like in these new games. Completely dry and unlikable. That alone made it hard to enjoy them. But the combat and the city in the first game are fun.
